Refunds & Exchanges

Because of hygiene reasons, Clammy towels are final sale.

If your towel has a proven manufacturing fault, get in touch within 14 days and we’ll do our best to help! This could include a replacement or store credit.

Normal wear and tear, improper care, or salt water corrosion on the eyelets aren’t considered faults, so these won’t be eligible for a refund.
