Product Information
We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration, lighting, or individual perception.

Our towels are designed for pilates, movement, and everyday use. If used at the beach, please note that the metal eyelets may naturally show light wear or corrosion over time when exposed to salt water. This is considered normal wear and tear and not a manufacturing fault. Rinsing your towel after beach use is recommended to help prevent this.

Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. Products may sell out, and restocks are not guaranteed.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud

  • incorrect personal or payment information

  • product availability

Processing & Shipping
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Shipping times begin after dispatch. Once orders are shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier service.

Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene standards, towels are final sale unless there is a proven manufacturing fault. Please contact us if there is an issue — we’re always here to help and will work with you to resolve it.
Faults related to normal wear and tear, improper care, or salt-water corrosion on eyelets are not eligible for replacement.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including imagery, branding, and product design — is the property of Clammy and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Liability
Clammy is not liable for any damages related to the use of our products beyond the purchase price of the item.
